Reinach, Karl

Karl Kurt Reinach was born in Sinsheim on June 12, 1915.

His parents were the master baker Leopold Reinach (1885 - 1972) and his wife Bertha née Oppenheimer (1887 - 1974).

In 1933  he was expelled from the Oberrealschule Sinsheim, just one year before his "Abitur". 

He escaped to the USA in 1937.

He married Ilse Bertha Stern (1922 - 2018) from Frankfurt/M on March 10, 1944.

The couple had two children, Norman (*1949) and Linda (*1953).

Karl died in New Jersey on July 7, 2016 at the age of 101 years.
