Fred (Sallo) Ledermann

Sallo Ledermann was born in Sinsheim on April 21, 1899.

His parents were Moritz Ledermann (1865 - 1950) and his wife Fanny Sinauer (1871 - 1945).

Sallo fled in 1938 to the USA and adopted the first name Fred, because Sally is common for girls in  America.

He married Irene Apfel (1905 - 1971) from Mannheim on June 1, 1941.

Fred Ledermann died in St. Louis in January 1971.
