Emilie Blum Kohn

Emilie Kohn was born in Sinsheim on October 18, 1871.

Her parents were Karl Blum (1840 - 1908) and his wife Dina Wolf (1844 - 1907).

Emilie married Max Kohn (1865 - 1941) from Aidhausen (Bavaria) on April 25, 1896 in Sinsheim.

The couple had four children: Luise (Palm) (1897 - (1942)), Else (Loeb) (1899 - 1977), Richard (1900 - 1992) and Erna (1904 - 1995).

In October 1940 the couple and their daughter Erna were deported to the Gurs Internment Camp.

Emilie Kohn died in the Rivesaltes Camp on August 8, 1941.
