Max Kohn

Max Kohn was born in Aidhausen (Bavaria) on November 10, 1865.

His parents were Carl (Kalmon) Kohn und his wife Marianne Blümlein.

Max married Emilie Blum (1871 - 1941) in Sinsheim on April 25, 1896.

The couple had four children: Luise (Palm) (1897 - (1942)), Else (Loeb) (1899 - 1977), Richard (1900 - 1992) and Erna (1904 - 1995).

In October 1940 the couple and their daughter Erna were deported to the Gurs Internment Camp.

Max Kohn died in the Rivesaltes Camp on December 29, 1941.
